How we work
Assess. Align. Accelerate.
In that order.
Assess · Align · Accelerate is a method, not a menu. Assess tells you what’s true. Align makes the company legible. Accelerate turns that clarity into margin and speed. Every engagement we run is one of these three moves.
- Assess See the business as it actually runs — not as the org chart says it does.
- Align Connect decisions, accountability, and data to how value is created.
- Accelerate Remove the drag and let performance — and AI — compound.

Performance Audit
3–4 weeks
Before you spend another dollar on AI, find out what it would actually scale.
We spend three to four weeks inside your business — with your leadership team, your numbers, and the people who do the work. Not a survey. Not a maturity model. A direct look at how decisions get made, where work slows down, and where the money leaks between strategy and execution.
What you get
- A plain-language read of how your company actually operates — where clarity ends and improvisation begins.
- The three to five structural issues that cost you the most in margin, speed, and customer experience — ranked by impact.
- A clear verdict on your AI readiness: what’s safe to scale now, and what will scale the dysfunction if you don’t fix it first.
- A recommended sequence — whether that’s the next step with us or work your own team can do alone.
You’ll know in one read what’s holding performance back and what to do about it. If the audit says your operating model is sound, we’ll tell you that too — and get out of your way.

Operating Tree Mapping
4–6 weeks
One structure that connects what the company wants to how the company runs.
The Operating Tree is the framework behind our method: a single map from your commercial goals down through decisions, accountability, processes, and data. Over four to six weeks we build yours with your leadership team — so it reflects the business you run, not a template.
What you get
- Your Operating Tree: one page that shows how value is created and who owns each branch — from board-level outcomes to daily decisions.
- Decision rights that stick: who decides, who’s consulted, and what happens when they don’t — written down and agreed in the room.
- A data view that mirrors the tree, so your reporting and your AI investments finally answer questions the business is asking.
- A leadership team that has argued it out and aligned — the agreement is the deliverable, not the document.
When it’s done, a new executive — or a new AI system — can read one page and understand how your company works. That legibility is what makes everything after it faster.

90-Day Reset
90 days
Ninety days. Two or three changes. Measured on the P&L.
Clarity without execution is just a nicer diagnosis. The 90-Day Reset takes the highest-impact changes from the audit and the tree and drives them to done — with your people, inside your business, on a fixed clock.
What you get
- A focused reset plan: the two or three structural changes that move margin and speed most, with owners and weekly checkpoints.
- Senior operators working alongside your team — in the meetings where the change either happens or doesn’t.
- Where AI genuinely helps, the first implementations wired into the new structure — through our select delivery partners, scoped to earn their keep.
- At day ninety: results your CFO can verify, and a team that can keep running the method without us.
The point of the clock is honesty. Ninety days is long enough to change how a company runs, and short enough that nobody can hide behind a roadmap.
The ground rules
How every engagement runs.
Senior-led, start to finish
The people who scope the work do the work. We bring in our executive network and delivery partners for specific jobs — never to pad a team.
Fixed scope, fixed clock
Every engagement has an end date on day one. We don’t sell retainers, and we don’t stay past the finish line.
Decisions, not decks
Deliverables are things you can act on: a verdict, a map, a change that shipped. If a page doesn’t help you decide, we don’t write it.
Your team keeps the method
We work through your people so the capability stays when we leave. Dependency is a large-firm business model; it isn’t ours.
Next step
Not sure which engagement fits?
Run the scorecard first — it tells you where your operating model stands. Then book a call and we’ll tell you, plainly, where we’d start and why.
